IHC to hear the petition against stopping journalists from coverage on Sep 10

Islamabad:The Islamabad High Court will hold a hearing on September 10 on the request of the Pakistan Cricket Board against preventing journalists from covering the issue.Court remarked that if these are journalists, they have been covering the series in the past, how can their accreditation be stopped?The hearing was conducted by Justice Babar Sattar, meanwhile, senior lawyer Abdul Wahid Qureshi appeared on behalf of journalists.It was told by PCB that we have made accreditation cards of several journalists. The court said that how many days before the match the accreditation processed, four or five people are saying that if there is any reason to stop the accreditation, you should state your position and show the documents that they do not meet the criteria.The hearing on the petition against PCB's non-accreditation of sports journalists has been adjourned till September 10.
