Islamabad: The petition seeking court's orders to stop holding new examination of CSS before result of CSS examination 2024 will come up for hearing in the current week in Islamabad High Court (IHC).

High court while directing chairman FPSC already to give decision after hearing petitioners till February 6 has warned if the decision is not given till the appointed date then the court itself will issue order.

Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani will hear the case.

During previous hearing Assistant Attorney General (AAG) Usman Ghumman had told the court chairman FPSC will remain present in next week. He will resolve it after hearing petitioners matter in 10 days.

Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani remarked this is not matter of any one person but FPSC will have to resolve the entire problem. Whenever we decide we will decide on this point of yours. The petitioners should present the matter before FPSC.

The court remarked chairman FPSC and other officials should resolve the problem and file report thereof in the court on February 6 otherwise the court will issue order.
