Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has wrapped up on police report the petition filed by Bushra Bibi seeking details of the cases registered against her.It was said in the report that one case is registered against Bushra Bibi in Kohsar police station which was registered on June 6, 2023.The case regarding provision of details of cases against Bushra Bibi came up for hearing before single bench of IHC led by Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb Friday.Islamabad police filed its report.The report said one case is registered against Bushra Bibi in police station Kohsar in Islamabad. The case was registered on June 6, 2023.The report from DSP legal of Islamabad police was presented in the court through state counsel.Deputy Attorney General (DAG) Raja Arshid Kayani also appeared during the hearing in the court.He told the court Toshakhana -2 case is registered in FIA against Bushra Bibi.Faisal Chaudhry counsel for Bushra Bibi too appeared in the court taking the plea NAB had arrested after acqui ttal from Iddat case.Later the IHC wrapped up the petition regarding provision of details of the cases registered against Bushra Bibi on filing of the report by police.
