Islamabad: Islamabad High Court Bar Association (IHCBA) has announced to support the petition filed in Supreme Court (SC) with reference to seniority of 5 judges.

IHCBA has announced unconditional support for the petition.

According to press release issued by IHCBA we extend unconditional support to constitutional petition filed by Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani, Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri, Justice Babar Sattar, justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan and Justice Saman Rafat Imtiaz.

IHC BA strongly condemned interference of administration in judicial matters saying the transfer of Justice Sardar Muhammad Sarfraz Dogar, Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro and justice Muhammad Asif is sheer violation of article 200 of the constitution.

It is pertinent to mention here 5 judges of Islamabad High Court (IHC) has filed petition in SC against seniority.
