Islamabad:Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has indicted Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chattha in barrier removing case.
As per media reports, Barrier removing case against Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chattha came up for hearing in ATC Islamabad led by Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra.
Dr Shireen Mazari appeared in the court along with counsels Aimal Khan Mandokhail, Zainab Janjua and others.
Prosecutor Raja Navid appeared before the court.
Zainab Janjua took the plea her meeting was not arranged despite court's orders. Copies have also not been provided to Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chattha. I kept on waiting for two hours outside jail My meeting was not arranged despite court's orders. Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chattha be presented in the court.
Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra said reports of jail authorities are lying with me.
Zainab Janjua said prisoners are coming from Adiala and why they are not being presented in the court.
The court indicted Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chattha.
The court summoned prosecution witnesses on October 9. Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chattha were presented through video.
Hadi Ai Chattha said he has not received copies so far. He cannot be indicted unless the legal requirements are met.
Zainab Janjua raised objection that copies have neither been provided to Imaan Mazari nor Hadi Ali Chattha . Court cannot indict without completing all legal norms.
The court indicted both Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chattha despite all objections.
Judge Tahir Abbas while addressing to Zainab Janjua said she can challenge this order.
The court ordered to present Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chattha on next hearing.
The court adjourned hearing of the case till October 9.
