ISLAMABAD: Khawar Manika has resorted to Islamabad High Court (IHC) against the restrictions for giving decision within one month on the appeal pleas of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi against their conviction in nikah during Iddat case .Khawar Manika has filed petition in IHC in this respect. Copy of decision has been attached with the petition.Khawar Manika has requested the court through the petition to end the restriction of giving decision on the appeal pleas within one month.He has taken the plea in the petition the sessions court seems to be under pressure due to IHC orders for giving decision of appeal pleas within one month. The orders for restriction of period for giving decision on appeal pleas be withdrawn.IHC had issued order on June 13 to give decision regarding appeal in Nikah during iddat case within a month besides ordering sessions court to give decision within 10 days on the petition seeking suspension of conviction .
