ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) while removing registrar office objections on Imran Khan petition regarding uninterrupted meetings in jail has fixed it for hearing.The hearing of petition will take place on Thursday.Imran Khan petition regarding uninterrupted meetings in jail came up for hearing before IHC single bench led by Chief Justice (CJ) IHC Aamir Farooq Wednesday.The CJ Aamir Farooq removed registrar office objections.Shoaib Shaheen counsel for Imran Khan appeared in the court.The court after removing objections from the petition during the course of hearing directed to mark number and then fix the petition for hearing.The court inquired from counsel of Imran Khan registrar office has raised objection that major and colonel can be made respondents how.The counsel told the court we have not made major or colonel respondent but we have made defence ministry respondent. The previous orders of court are also attached.Later the court while removing the objections and directing t o mark number on petition fixed the case for hearing for today (Thursday).
