Imran Khan requests to dismiss NAB amendment intra court appeals

ISLAMABAD: PTI founder Imran Khan has filed written reply in Supreme Court (SC) on intra court appeal against declaration of NAB amendment null and void.Raising objection on sitting of Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Qazi Faez Isa in the bench it has been said in the reply he should not sit in bench in the light of decision of the past.Imran Khan requested in his reply to dismiss intra court appeals on Wednesday. Amending law to save corruption of any one even is not done in Banana Republic. Corruption leaves negative and disastrous effects for economy. During hearing justice Athar Minallah said to me amendments will benefit you too. My stance is very clear that this is not matter related to myself but this is issue of the country. Parliament should legislate according to constitution. If NAB misuses its powers then the amendment should be to the extent of stopping it.The example of misuse of powers is Toshakhana case instituted by NAB against me.In order to register case against me NAB told the price of necklace Rs 3,18 billion which actually costs Rs 1.80 crore.Keeping in view the decision of the past Chief Justice should not hear my case.
