Peshawar: A police man has been handed over to CTD on remand on the charges of inciting police to treason and his involvement in anti-state activities.Police man Jamshaid was presented in Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on the charges of inciting police to treason and for his involvement in anti state activities.The court handed over him to police on 15 days physical remand.The investigating officer told the court the accused Jamshed is former police man. The accused tried to incite police to treason on social media. The accused remained involved in the activities against the state and state institutions. The accused belongs to Bannu and he has been taken into custody from Peshawar.The investigating officer requested the court more investigation is needed from the accused, therefore, physical remand be given.The court handed over the accused to the custody of CTD on 15 days physical remand.
