Islamabad: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad while extending interim bail of Bushra Bibi wife of PTI founder Imran Khan in 3 cases related to November 26 protest has adjourned the hearing of the case till March 24.

Duty Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra of ATC No 1 took up petition seeking extension in interim bail of Bushra Bibi in 3 cases for hearing Friday.

Counsel for Bushra Bibi took the plea Bushra Bibi is arrested in 190 million pounds case and she cannot appear in the court. Bushra Bibi wants to join investigation. The investigating officer be directed to include Bushra Bibi in investigation in jail.

The court while extending interim bail of Bushra Bibi prevented from arresting Bushra Bibi in respective cases till March 24.

Next hearing of bail before arrest pleas will be held on March 24.

It is pertinent to mention hare cases against Bushra Bibi are registered in police stations Ramna, Margalla and Karachi company.
