Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued notice and sought reply from interior ministry and other respondents on PTI leader Asad Qaisar petition requesting court to issue orders for providing details of cases registered against him. The court adjourned the hearing of the case. The petition filed by former speaker National Assembly (NA) Asad Qaisar seeking provision of detail of cases to him came up for hearing before justice Saman Rafat Imtiaz Thursday. The counsel for petitioner said there was risk of his arrest in any unknown case. Asad Qaisar said orders be issued for providing detail of inquiries, investigations and cases registered against him in all over the country. Information about cases registered against him in FIA, Police and NAB be also provided to him. The court while issuing notice to interior ministry and other respondents sought reply from them. It is pertinent to mention here interior ministry, IGs of all the four provinces and Islamabad, chief commissioner, NAB and F IA were made respondents in the petition too. The court while issuing notice to interior ministry and other respondents adjourned the hearing of the petition.
