Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) while issuing notice to interior secretary and superintendent Adiala jail on contempt of court plea of Imran Khan for not arranging meeting of his lawyers with him has sought reply from them. .Justice Saman Rafat Imtiaz took up for hearing contempt plea filed by Imran Khan Wednesday.Justice Saman Rafat Imtiaz while issuing notice directed the counsel to consider other aspects till then.Justice Saman Rafat Imtiaz remarked no violation of court's order given in this case has been committed. A 2-member bench of high court had given direction to work out SOPs If violation has been committed then hearing of contempt of court petition will take place in this court.Justice Saman Rafat Imtiaz remarked " to my view the contempt of court plea can not be made out in this case. I issue notice but I am not satisfied.Later Justice Saman Rafat Imtiaz while issuing notice to interior secretary and superintendent Adiala jail on contempt of court petition of Imran Khan adj ourned the hearing of the case.It is pertinent to mention here Intezar Punjotha advocate has made interior secretary and superintendent of Adiala jail respondents in the contempt of court plea.
