Int’l Court of Arbitration directs India to provide operational logbooks from the Baglihar and Kishanganga hydroelectric plants

The hague: The Court of Arbitration has ordered India to present the record of hydro electric plants installed over Pakistan rivers.

The Court of Arbitration has ordered India to provide operational logbooks from the Baglihar and Kishanganga hydroelectric plants by February 9, 2026. India will have to explain formally any refusal in provision of record.

The Court of Arbitration has said Pakistan should make it clear by February 02 what documents it requires .

The hearing of second phase of case will take place in the Hague on February 2 and 3.
