Islamabad: Intra court appeals have been filed in judges seniority and transfer case.

Lahore High Court Bar and Lahore Bar have challenged Supreme Court (SC) decision in judges seniority case.

Both of the bars have filed separate intra court appeals against SC decision.

The court has been requested to nullify the decision of 5-member bench of SC.

The court has also been requested to suspend the 5-member bench decision and the steps taken as a result of this decision till the decision of appeal pleas.

The petition said the court has given decision without reviewing the matters fully in line with the constitution. Therefore this decision be reviewed.

It has been further said in the appeal pleas that we have not been heard fully and the decision has been given in haste. We be allowed to present all our representations. The implementation on decision be stopped till the decision of appeal pleas.
