Islamabad: Deputy Prime Minister / Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar chaired the second meeting of the Advisory Board for the Centre of Excellence for Autism.DPM/FM expressed satisfaction over the progress of the committee's work on scoping out the location and planning of state-of-the-art facilities. He highlighted the importance of quality service delivery, trained professionals, specialised architecture, and adoption of international best practices to provide world-class rehabilitation, education, therapeutic services, and research in Autism Spectrum Disorder.The meeting was attended by SAPM Tariq Bajwa, Secretary Education, Special Scretary Finance, and officials from Health, education and other concerned ministries.
