Islamabad: Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister, Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar on Tuesday chaired the second interministerial preparatory meeting for the 12th session of the Pakistan-UAE Joint Ministerial Commission (JMC), scheduled to be held in Abu Dhabi next week.
The meeting was attended by SAPM to DPM, and senior officials from the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Economic Affairs, Interior, Culture , Railways, Commerce, IT, Privatisation , Food, Energy, Climate Change, Aviation, Education , Science and Technology, Health, IPC, Power, Petroleum as well as SIFC and SBP.
The meeting reviewed progress on Pak-UAE bilateral cooperation across various sectors and discussed opportunities to enhance investment between the two countries.
Ishaq Dar emphasized the importance to further deepening and broadening economic and trade relations with the UAE.
