Islamabad:Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar and the Foreign Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, signed the Protocol recording the Minutes of the 3rd Session of the Pakistan-Bahrain Joint Ministerial Commission at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs today.

The Minutes record understandings on cooperation in trade and investment, agriculture and food security, oil, gas and minerals, maritime affairs, information technology and telecommunications, health, education and labour, among other areas.

Both sides agreed to establish a Joint Working Group on Trade and Investment at the Government level as an institutional mechanism for regular consultations, coordination and cooperation on bilateral trade and investment.
