Islamabad: District administration Islamabad has informed Islamabad High Court (IHC) that PTI can hold public meeting on August 22 in Tarnol.The court while issuing notice to the respondents has sought reply.The court adjourned the hearing of the case till next week.Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir of IHC took up PTI leader Aamir Mughal petition for hearing on Friday.PTI counsel Shoaib Shaheen, state counsel Abdul Rehman and others appeared in the court.During the hearing of the case state counsel informed the court that administration has given permission to hold public meeting in Tarnol on August 22.Shoaib Shaheen counsel for PTI said August 22 is acceptable to us too. Time is needed for making preparations of the public meeting. We have objection on public meeting in Tarnol and we have given application for changing the venue of the public meeting.We had filed application seeking permission for holding public meeting in F-9 park or Kashmir avenue on August 13.Shoaib Shaheen took the plea w e will hold public meeting on August 22 but venue be changed. We be allowed to hold public meeting in F-9 Park or on Kashmir Highway.The court while issuing notice to the respondents sought reply.The court adjourned the hearing of the case till next week.
