Peshawar: Chief Justice (CJ) Peshawar High Court (PHC) S.M.Attique Shah has remarked (bhutta) extortion money is being demanded in " Saf Chali, Shafaf Chali " government too.PHC has approved bail before arrest plea of former provincial minister and PTI leader Kamran Bangash in Radio Pakistan attack case.CJ PHC S.M Attique Shah heard the petition.Inam Yusufzai advocate appeared on behalf of Kamran Bangash.He said while arguing that Kamran Bangash was nominated in Radio Pakistan attack case. He fears to be arrested.CJ PHC S.M.Attique Shah inquired from the counsel you were removed from AG office by them. Still you are appearing for them.CJ PHC said there was only one man who actually did real work in AG office and he was too removed.Inam Yusufzai told the court he refused to give distortion money, therefore, he was removed.CJ PHC S.M.Attique Shah remarked " it is strange bhutta (extortion money) is being demanded too in "saf chali, shafaf chali government.Later the court approved bail before arrest plea of former provincial minister Kamran Bangash.
