Islamabad: JI while accepting invitation of Tehreek-e-Tahaffaz Ayeen-e- Pakistan (TTAP) in regard to All Parties Conference (APC) has said steps like governor rule and emergency will be opposed by JI.

The JI and TTAP leadership met in Islamabad and the political, law and order and economic situation of the country came under discussion in the meeting.

On this occasion JI accepted the invitation to attend APC.

The meeting was held at the residence of JI Naib Amir Mian Muhammad Aslam.

Hafiz Naeem ur Rehman was accompanied by Liaqat Baloch and Nasrullah Randhawa.

TTIP delegation comprised Barrister Gohar, Allama Raja Nasir Abbas, Asad Qaisar and Mustafa Nawaz Khokhar.

PTI leader Suleman Akram Raja too reached there to attend the meeting.

Talking to media men after meeting, Allama Raja Nasir Abbas said the objective of APC is to steer the country out of crisis. JI has been invited to participate in APC for this purpose.

He said JI Amir had made tweet against governor rule and emergency.

JI Amir Hafiz Naeem ur Rehman while accepting the invitation for participating in APC said forging consensus on peace and security and economic situation in Pakistan is national agenda.

Pakistan is not of any one party or institution. The blood shed in the country should come to end. JI will participate in APC and will oppose imposition of emergency or governor rule or suspend the constitution in KP.
