JI supremo Naeemur Rehman inaugurates model Haideri Market

Karachi: Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Pakistan Emir Engineer Hafiz Naeemur Rehman on Saturday inaugurated model Haideri Market, recently renovated by North Nazimabad Town, elevateing the status of the market.

The JI supremo cut the ribbon in a graceful ceremony held besides the market. A large number of area residents, shopkeepers and representatives of the market association attended the event.

Speaking on the occasion, Hafiz Naeemur Rehman said that Karachi is mini Pakistan but unfortunately it was deceived and pushed to a downward spiral.

Talking about the prevailing political landscape, he said that the Pakistan People Party (PPP) has been exposed as an anti Karachi party, whereas MQM has already lost all the moral grounds for it’s existence.

The political mess in Karachi was brought in by the establishment and now it is under obligation to clean it, he said while highlighting the rigged elections in Karachi.

On the occasion, he thanked Karachiites for their votes and support for the JI.

You can’t expect s
upport by Gen Zee without playing your due role, he said while highlighting the youth in Balochistan and other parts of the city, he said. The JI leader also shed light in detail on the BanoQabil project and said that the program was yielding positive impacts across the country, including Balochistan and other deprived regions.

Further talking about Karachi, he said that the PPP is afraid of the JI in Karachi because of the party’s performance in nine towns.

He said that before elections, the JI had promised to Karachiites that it’s leadership would serve Karachi beyond it’s due mandate. He said that the JI kept its words. He vowed that the journey of progress and development will continue.

Talking about the e-challan controversy, he said that no one opposes a just system but in the given situation, Karachiites won’t tolerate any melodrama presented by the PPP government.

He elaborated that karachi has been ruined, all the roads are in shambles, no facilities but the PPP regime was hell-bent on imposing i
ntolerable traffic fines.

Less than 10 percent of Karachi police is consisted of Karachiites, Safe City Project, initiated in 2012 is yet incomplete, all the burning issues are there and the PPP wants to impose just heavy fines without considering the backdrop, he said, adding that such type of dramas are bound to flop.

JI Karachi Emir Monem Zafar Khan in his speech said that the rejected people were imposed on Karachi and Karachiites through form 47. They have ruined the city for the sake of their monetary benefits.

He said that the JI’s performance in nine towns despite the very limited resources had irked the lives of the ruling regime.

He also highlighted the disparity in the amount of challan between Lahore and Karachi and said that the Rs 200 fine ballooned to Rs5000 in Karachi that was totally unacceptable because a common man can’t afford it.

On the occasion, he said that the JI regime gifted a free WiFi to the visitors to the market and 5,000 people could be connected at the same time in Haideri
market.

JI leader Wajihuddin, North Nazimabad Town Chairman Atif Ali khan and others also addressed the event.
