Lahore: JI Amir Hafiz Naeem has said if prices of petroleum products are not curtailed then call for dharnas and wheel jam strike will be given.

He directed JI workers to make preparations for gherao of chief minister houses in all four provinces.

He said this while addressing grand protest demonstration against recent hike in prices of petroleum products on Multan road Mansoora.

He held government is covering up its inefficiency by taking advantage of situation.

He underlined the increase in prices is not acceptable . The poor and middle class is being buried alive but government is not ready to curtail its luxuries. Costly planes and costly vehicles are burden on people.

He held the hike in prices of petroleum products will directly affect bikers, delivery workers, students ,laborers and all others. Not only price of petrol has been increased but taxes too have been increased.

Levy should have been terminated. He pointed out payments of billion of rupees are being made to IPPS but no relief is being given to the people.

JI rejects the enhancement in the prices of petroleum products. We will start protest movement all over the country from today.

Corruption of Rs 1300 billion is committed in FBR. If government eliminates corruption in FBR then the problem of petrol will stand no more.
