Lahore: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Lahore has confirmed interim bail of 5 accused and rejected bail pleas of 5 accused in Jinnah House attack case.The court while confirming interim bail plea of 5 accused ordered them to file surety bonds in sum of Rs 2 lac each.The court ordered to confirm interim bail of Noshin Shahid, Shanila, Shamin Shahid, Zamir Ahmad Jheedo advocate and Muhammad Akram advocate.The accused persons had filed bail pleas in the court for fear of their arrest in Jinnah House attack case.Judge Khalid Arshid of ATC Lahore took up Jinnah attack case for hearing Friday.During the hearing of the case the court ordered to reject the bail pleas of Umar Maqsood, AzharHussain, Aqeel, Jawad Khalid and Amjid Sohail Khan.It is pertinent to mention here that case of attack on Jinnah House is registered against the accused in Sarwar Road police station.
