Srinagar: Activists of the Jammu and Kashmir Students and Youth Forum (JKSYF) launched a poster campaign across various districts of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK), hailing the Pakistan Army for its successful execution of Operation 'Bunyan al-Marsous'.

The posters, spotted on electric poles and roadside walls, featured uniformed soldiers of the Pakistan Army alongside fighter jets, carrying slogans such as: 'Pak Army crushes the fitna of terrorism. Pak Army Zindabad.'

According to a statement from JKSYF, the campaign was meant to express gratitude and admiration for Pakistan's armed forces, which they described as a shield for the Muslim Ummah and a hope for oppressed people, particularly those in Kashmir under Indian occupation.

'Operation Bunyan al-Marsous demonstrated Pakistan's resolve to eliminate terrorism and expose the nefarious designs of enemy forces. As Kashmiris, we salute the sacrifices and discipline of the Pakistan Army,' the statement read.

Despite heightened surveillance and ongoing crackdowns by Indian security forces in the region, the posters were boldly displayed in several towns, drawing attention from local residents.

The forum emphasized that the youth of Kashmir see the Pakistan Army as a symbol of strength, protection, and brotherhood, and that these expressions are not merely symbolic but reflect the deep emotional and ideological bond that exists between the Kashmiri people and Pakistan.

While no official reaction has come from the Indian administration so far, security measures have reportedly been tightened in areas where the posters appeared.

JKSYF reaffirmed its commitment to peacefully raising voices for justice, self-determination, and solidarity with those who support the Kashmiri cause.
