Judge Humayun Dilawar case: AD Anti Corruption circle KP sent to jail on judicial remand

Islamabad: District and Sessions Court Islamabad has sent Umar Siddique Assistant Director (AD) Anti Corruption Circle KP to jail on judicial remand in Judge Humayun Dilawar case.Case related to social media campaign against judge Humayun Dilawar came up for hearing in district and sessions court Wednesday.The accused AD Anti Corruption Circle Umar Siddique was presented in the court on completion of 4 days physical remand.Umar Siddique requested for suspension of remand.The police expelled out all the employees of Anti Corruption KP department from kutchery.Malik Akhtar Awan advocate argued that all the employees have come along with me with record. They have been expelled out by DSP Security from kutchery. Will justice be like this. Government employees have not come here to fight with any one. Decision is not being given on the application for suspension of remand since two days.FIA requested for sending accused Umar Siddique to jail on judicial remand.Senior Civil Judge Abbas Shah w hile accepting plea sent the accused to jail on 14-day judicial remand.
