Judicial Commission of Pakistan by majority of its total membership approves appointment of 12 Additional Judges in SHC

Islamabad: The meeting of the Judicial Commission of Pakistan was held on Thursday for considering the appointment of Additional Judges for High Court of Sindh in the Conference Room of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, Islamabad.

In the meeting, following are nominated for appointment as Additional Judges of High Court of Sindh, by majority of its total membership.

Ms. Tasneem Sultana, DSJ, Khalid Hussain Shahani, DSJ, Miran Muhammad Shah, Advocate Supreme Court, Abdul Hamid Bhurgri, Advocate Supreme Court, Ali Haider Ada, Advocate, Jan Ali Junejo, Advocate Supreme Court, Muhammad Hasan (Akber), Advocate General Sindh, Muhammad Jaffer Raza, Advocate Supreme Court, Muhammad Osman Ali Hadi, Advocate Supreme Court, Nisar Ahmed Bhanbhro, Advocate Supreme Court, Riazat Ali Sahar, Advocate Supreme Court and Syed Fiaz ul Hassan Shah, Advocate Supreme Court.

The Judicial Commission of Pakistan by majority also extended the term of Judges of the Constitutional Benches of High Court of Sindh for a period of six months.

The Chairperson also appreciated the services rendered by the Punjab

Information Technology Board (PITB) for developing a web portal for the proceeding of the meeting of the Judicial Commission of Pakistan.
