Judicial complex attack case: Court writes letter again to law ministry to ensure presentation of Imran Khan

Islamabad: The court has written letter again to law ministry regarding presentation of Imran Khan in Judicial Complex attack case besides adjourning hearing of the case without proceedings. The court has asked law ministry through the letter to ensure presentation of Imran Khan on next hearing.

This is second letter written by the court. The reply to first letter has not been received so far. Judicial Complex attack case against PTI founder and others came up for hearing in Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad led by judge Tahir Abbas Sipra on Wednesday. The court once again wrote letter to law ministry with reference to presenting Imran Khan or conducting his jail trial.

Earlier too letter was written to ministry of law with reference to PTI founder but no reply has been received so far. Now letter has again been written so that progress could be ensured in next hearing.

No formal proceedings of the could be initiated during hearing on Wednesday due to non availability of PTI founder. The other party leaders including senator Shibli Faraz, Raja Basharat and Ali Nawaz appeared in the court.

The counsels Sardar Muhammad Masroof Khan advocate, Murtaza Toori and others were present in the court. It is pertinent to mention here 2 cases are registered against PTI founder and others in Ramna police station in connection with Judicial complex attack case. Legal proceedings is underway.

The court adjourned the hearing of the case.
