Karachi: Judicial custody of facilitators of drug dealer Anmol alias Pinky has been challenged in district and sessions judge South.

Review petition has been filed by police against jail custody.

Order was issued to send the accused Zeeshan ur Rehman and Sohail ur Rehman to jail on judicial custody. Both the accused are real brothers.

On the other hand police have reached city court to present accused Anmol alias Pinky in judicial complex.

The investigation officers sought permission from court of district and sessions judge South.

According to police the accused has to be presented in the court to seek remand. Presenting the accused Anmol alias Pinky in city court is security threat.

The police requested permission be given to present the accused in jail complex.
