Islamabad: Chief Justice (CJ) Islamabad High Court (IHC) Justice Aamer Farooq has approved one month leave of Justice Babar Sattar.Justice Babar Sattar is among those judges who had written letter to Chief Justice regarding interference of intelligence operatives in judicial affairs.According to sources Justice Babar Sattar presented his leave application to chief justice Aamer Farooq who approved one month leave application.According to sources law ministry, secretary to chief justice, registrar and other respective authorities were informed in this regard.The leave application from September 30 to October 29 was approved.The mention has been made about one month leave from September 30 to October 29 in notification but this is extendable leave. It can be extended upto December.The hearing of the cases in the court of Justice Babar Sattar has been adjourned for one month.
