Islamabad: Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani of Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ordered to upload practice and procedure rules on website of high court within 48 hours besides providing copies of rules to Islamabad High Court bar and district bars.

Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani issued this order during the hearing of the case Wednesday.

The court inquired from the counsel about practice and procedure rules.

The counsel expressed his ignorance about the details of practice and procedure rules.

The counsel for the petitioner said we are giving application for obtaining practice and procedure rules.

Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani remarked we have made such rules of high court which have not been given to us.

Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani remarked " I am judge and I have not been given these rules. How will these be received to you.

Full court approved rules but these were not taken out. Practice and procedure rules is a secret document.

Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani while moving to the counsel said you should write to registrar for providing practice and procedure rules.

The counsel for the petitioner said I have asked law ministry about it. I will now write application too.

Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani remarked " write the application . It will take 3 months. The registrar does not provide any document in three months even. I have directed to upload it on website within 48 hours. If the order is not implemented then you should file criminal procedure . I will call registrar.

The counsel requested that hearing of the case be fixed on January 29.

Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani remarked It is not known I will be here or otherwise on 29.

The court adjourned the hearing of the case.
