Karachi: Hundreds and thousands of people participate in Gaza Solidarity March organized by Jamaat-e-Islami

Karachi: Under the banner of Jamaat-e-Islami, a historic 'Solidarity Gaza March' was held on Shahrah-e-Faisal to express support for the Palestinian Muslims. According to the Spokesperson of Jamaat-e-Islami Karachi, hundreds of thousands of people participated in the march, including women, children, the elderly, and youth from various walks of life.The participants strongly protested against American and Zionist conspiracies and efforts to occupy Palestine and expressed full solidarity with the people of Gaza. From the Nursery Bus Stop, crowds of participants could be seen stretching as far as the eye could see. Hundreds and thousands of people displayed exemplary discipline, while the atmosphere echoed with slogans such as 'Allahu Akbar,' 'Rahbro Rehnma Mustafa, Mustafa' 'Khatamul Ambiya Mustafa, Mustafa' 'Labbaik Allahumma Labbaik,' 'Labbaik Ya Gaza,' and 'Labbaik Ya Aqsa.' Both tracks of Shahrah-e-Faisal were filled with participants of the march.One track was designated for men and the other for wom en. To show solidarity with Palestinian children, many young kids also joined the women's section in large numbers. The participants arrived at Shahrah-e-Faisal from across the city in the form of processions and rallies, traveling in buses, vans, Suzuki pickups, trucks, cars, and motorcycles. Reception camps for men and women were set up on both sides of the road.The Alkhidmat Foundation Karachi also arranged medical camps and several mobile dispensaries along Shahrah-e-Faisal. A stage was built over the overhead bridge at the Nursery Bus Stop, from where the leaders addressed the participants.
