Karachi: Hearing of drug case related to Karsaz accident that claimed lives of father and daughter has been adjourned once again in city court.

Indictment could not be framed in the court of judicial magistrate East due to non availability of judge and absence of accused Natasha.

The court while accepting the exemption plea of defence counsel adjourned the hearing till August 30.

According to police the accused Natasha had allegedly crushed father and his minor daughter under her overspeeding vehicle in the month of August last year in an accident.

Cases were registered in police station Bahadar Abad in connection with this incident.

Natasha has already been acquitted in accident case.

Court had however rejected her acquittal plea in supplementary narcotics case.

The affected family is once again facing delay in justice for not framing indictment.
