Peshawar: Chief Minister (C M) KP Sohail Afridi while terming hike in price of petrol and diesel an atom bomb for people has announced to give Rs 2200 petrol subsidy to the registered motorcycle riders.Addressing a press conference here in Peshawar he condemned hike in the price of petrol and diesel saying KP government fully rejects this decision. They are purchasing private jet for them and are not curtailing their expenses and are dropping petrol bomb of Rs 55 on people.He announced KP government will provide subsidy to motorcyclists to protect them against hike in the prices of petrol.According to him about 14 to 16 lac motorcyclists are registered in the province at present. Rs 2200 will be provided to every registered motorcyclist.He held BRT fare will not be increased.Federal government should curtail its expenses and provide relief to the people.
