Islamabad: In the light of Peshawar High Court (PHC) directives, KP government has filed petition in Islamabad High Court (IHC) against sealing KP house.KP government has filed petition through secretary admn in IHC.Law secretary, interior secretary, DG Rangers, DG FIA, CDA, IG Islamabad and director building and control CDA have been made respondents in the petition.KP government has taken plea KP house which is property of provincial government has been sealed illegally. When we approached PHC against sealing of KP house, we were asked that IHC is proper forum in this case.The petitioner requested the court the step of sealing KP house and taking government vehicles into custody be declared illegal besides ordering to de-seal KP house forthwith.
