KP lifted more bodies than others, it is regretted politics is being done on operation against terrorists therein: Tariq Fazal Ch

Islamabad: Federal minister for parliamentary affairs Tariq Fazal Chaudhry has said KP has lifted bodies more than others and it is regretted politics is being done on the steps against the terrorists therein.

He said this in a statement issued here Wednesday.

He added opposing the decisive operation against the terrorists is tantamount to strengthen the narrative of terrorists.

He went on to say that KP is such province which has lifted bodies more than others. It rendered sacrifices more than others and it witnessed destruction more than others. Today politicking is going on state steps against the terrorists in the province.

Opposition by PTI to the operations has raised grave question that has the politics of power has become more important than the national security.

Creating ambiguity about the operations against the elements who targeted mosques, bazaars, schools and security forces is injustice with the blood of the martyrs.

This fact cannot be denied that thousands of jawans of Pakistan army, Police, FC and security agencies rendered sacrifice of their lives for peace in Pakistan .

The mothers were deprived of their sons, the children were rendered orphans and families upon families were ruined. These all sacrifices were not rendered for the sake of any political narrative but were given for the secure future of Pakistan.

He observed Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) is not any disgruntled party but it is an acknowledged terrorist group. Its hands are hued in the blood of thousands of Pakistanis.

Pursuing soft tone instead of unequivocal stance and opposing state operations is in fact insult to the sacrifices rendered by security personnel.

Protecting life and property of citizens is obligation of the state and armed forces too are discharging their obligations.;

There is no confusion in war on terror but national unity is required.

Politics aside but the state, security and sacrifices of martyrs should be kept above all.
