Lahore: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President and former prime minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, has stated that legal reforms are essential for the provision of affordable and swift justice.Nawaz Sharif held important meetings at the party secretariat in Model Town. Among those who met him were Federal Minister for Law Azam Nazeer Tarar and Advocate General Punjab Amjad Javed.During the meeting, Advocate General Punjab Muhammad Amjad Pervaiz gave a detailed briefing to Nawaz Sharif on the proposed legal reforms for public welfare. Additionally, discussions were also held on the Punjab Local Government Amendment Bill.According to party sources, Nawaz Sharif emphasized that justice must be ensured for the people at all costs.
