LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) has directed to file petition regarding ailment of Noreen Niazi, sister of PTI founder Imran Khan.

As per media report the petition against extension in the detention of Aleema Khan, Uzma Khan and Noreen Niazi came up for hearing.

Justice Abher Gul said you have not filed application regarding illness of Noreen Niazi.

Suleman Akram Raja advocate said Noreen Niazi is seriously ill and is admitted in PIC. Family has not been allowed to meet her.

The court directed Suleman Akram Raja advocate to give application for medical.

Justice Abher Gul heard the petition filed by Sakina Niazi through her counsel Rana Mudassar Umar advocate.

Home secretary, deputy commissioner and others have been made respondents in the petition.

The petitioner took the plea the deputy commissioner issued notification for extension in detention on October 7 on completion of 30 days detention . The notification was issued illegally on October 7.

Meeting of the three sisters has not been arranged with the family of petitioner and counsel.

The petitioner requested the court to order to declare October 7 detention notification illegal.
