Lahore: Lahore High Court (LHC) has rejected and dismissed the petition seeking court's order for postponement of MDCAT examination. Justice Mirza Waqar Rauf took up the case for hearing Thursday.

The counsel for the petitioner took the plea hundreds of students are appearing in FSC practical examination at present and due to it they could not get proper time for preparation of MDCAT examination.

The counsel for Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) told the court students are eligible to appear in MDCAT examination. The court inquired from the counsel for the petitioner then what is your problem.

The counsel for the petitioner took the plea that students could not get proper opportunity for preparation of examination due to practical examination of FSc. The future of hundreds of students can be affected due to it. Students in large number are present outside the court.

The court remarked only one petitioner is before us. Why are you taking responsibility of all.
