Lahore: Lahore High Court (LHC) has extended order regarding suspension of clause of Detention law. Petition filed against detention law came up for hearing in LHC Tuesday. The court extended its order regarding suspension of section of Detention law. Justice Amjid Rafiq took up for hearing petition filed by judicial activism panel. Azhar Siddique advocate appeared on behalf of petitioner. The petitioner took the plea detention law is being used as political engineering in Punjab. The court adjourned the hearing of the case till March 12.
