LHC fixes for hearing on July 22 Imran Khan petition against dismissal of his bail plea in 3 cases of May 9


LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) has fixed for hearing on July 22 petition filed by PTI founder Imran Khan against dismissal of his interim bail plea in 3 cases related to May 9.

A two members bench of LHC presided over by Justice Shehram Sarwar Chaudhry took up the petition for hearing Thursday.

Azhar Siddique advocate appeared in the court on behalf of PTI founder.

During the hearing of the case LHC removed the office objection on appeal pleas of Imran Khan.

Registrar office had raised objection that thumb impression of Imran Khan are not there on the appeal pleas. Copy of FIR has not been attached with the application of one case.

The court while removing the objections fixed the petition for hearing on July 22.

It is pertinent to mention here Imran Khan has challenged Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) decision regarding dismissal of his bail plea in LHC.

ATC Lahore had dismissed interim bail plea of PTI founder and former prime minister Imran Khan in three cases related to May 9.
