Lahore: Lahore High Court (LHC) has given time to Punjab government for filing reply on petition against allowing kit flying by provincial government.The petition filed by judicial activism came up for hearing before justice Owais of LHC.The LHC gave time to Punjab government , IG Punjab and other respondent to file reply till December 22.Punjab government and others have been made respondents in the petition.The petitioner has challenged kite flying act 2015.The petitioner has taken the plea Punjab government passed the ordinance without the permission of assembly.Several deaths have been caused due to kite flying in the past. It is feared more deaths will take place due to allowing kite flying by Punjab government.
