Lahore: Lahore High Court (LHC) has issued notices to all respondents and sought reply from them next week in the case of including the name of PTI leader and former Chief Minister (CM) Punjab Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi, Rasikh Elahi and Zara Elahi in passport control list.The petitions filed by Pervaiz Elahi and others came up for hearing before single bench of LHC led by Justice Shams Mehmood Mirza here Monday.In this petition interior ministry through secretary, FIA and others have been made respondents.The petitioners have taken plea the bail of Pervaiz Elahi in the cases registered against him have been approved by the courts. He wants to go for Umrah and UK from September 20 to October 5. The basic rights are being violated due to inclusion of names of Pervaiz Elahi and others in passport control list.The court was requested to declare null and void the step for placing the name in the list besides ordering for removing the names from list.The court while issuing notice to all respondents sou ght reply next week.
