Lahore: Lahore High Court (LHC) has issued notice to the respondents on the petition in connection with jail facilities to PTI Member of National Assembly (MNA) Haji Imtiaz Ahmad.The petition with reference to provision of facilities in jail to PTI MNA Haji Imtiaz Ahmad from NA-68 came up for hearing before Justice Tariq Salim Sheikh of LHC Monday.The petitioner Najis Bibi took the plea in the petition that her husband is PTI MNA.She told the court her husband has been arrested on political grounds. When the case came to court then he was involved in a baseless case .The court while issuing notice to federal, provincial governments, home secretary, IG Punjab and others sought the details of the case.The court while seeking reply from IG Jail and superintendent central jail Gujranwala adjourned the hearing till August 21.
