Lahore: The Lahore High Court (LHC) has ordered to recover and immediate release a man who was allegedly admitted to mental health rehabilitation centre by his children for grabbing property.Children declared their father mentally ill for grabbing wealth and property.The petition seeking recovery of father came up for hearing before Justice Farooq Haider of LHC.Shadman police presented the kidnapped person Nasir Khan Daultana in the court during the proceedings.Advocate Sughran Gulzar gave arguments on behalf of the plaintiff Amir in the court.Plea was taken in the court that the kidnapped person owns precious commercial land in Luddan Vehari. The real children have got their father admitted into Rehabilitation centre . Nasir Khan Daultana made an agreement on June 19, 2026 to sell his 8 acres land. The agreement was made to sell this land for Rs 28 crore .The petitioner alleged that shortly after the agreement was signed, a dispute arose within the family over the property transaction. It was cl aimed that Daulatana's four children declared him mentally ill and, on June 28, 2026, forcibly admitted him to a mental health rehabilitation centre against his will.Nasir Khan has transferred 80 acres land in the name of one son and three daughters.The children got their father admitted into wheeling ways centre forcibly on June 28, 2026 after the agreement regarding sale of land.The court was prayed to order for recovery of healthy man from mental health rehabilitation centre .The court issued order for recovery of Nasir Khan Daultana following completion of arguments.
