Lahore: Lahore High Court (LHC) has rejected petitions filed against outsourcing government schools.Justice Shahid Karim of LHC took up the petitions for hearing Wednesday.The petitions said Punjab government move for privatizing government schools runs contrary to law. The fee will be enhanced due to privatization of government schools.The petitioners requested through petitions that poor children will stand deprived of education in government schools. Punjab government decision for outsourcing government schools be declared null and void.The state counsel said closed government schools are being outsourced through public private partnership. Outsourced schools will too remain under Punjab government.
