Lahore: Lahore High Court (LHC) has removed registrar office objection on the petition seeking removal of name of PTI leader and former chief minister Punjab Pervaiz Elahi and Zara Elahi from passport control list and directed to fix it for hearing.Justice Shams Mehmood Mirza of LHC heard the petitions.Registrar office raised the objection that in the current applications the same plea has been made which was made in the petition filed earlier.The court while removing the objections of registrar office directed to fix the petition for hearing.The petitioner has taken plea in the petition that the bail pleas of Pervaiz Elahi in the cases registered against him have been approved by courts.
