Lahore: Lahore High Court (LHC) has reserved judgment on maintainability of miscellaneous petition against NAB amendment through promulgation of presidential ordinance.The miscellaneous petition against NAB amendment through presidential ordinance came up for hearing in LHC Wednesday.Justice Shujaat Ali Khan of LHC heard the petition filed by citizen Munir Ahmad.Counsel for the federal government raised objection over maintainability of the petition.The state counsel said petitioner is not aggrieved party. The term of presidential ordinance has expired.The court reserved judgment on maintainability of the petition.
