Lahore: A larger bench of Lahore High Court (LHC) has stopped Election Commission (EC) from giving final decision in PTI intra party election and electoral symbol case.The LHC issued written order on PTI petition against non allotment of electoral symbol of bat and PTI intra party election.A five members larger bench of LHC presided over by Justice Shams Mehmood Mirza issued written order.It has been said in the written order that election commission requested for adjournment of the case.It was further said in the court's order that Assistant Attorney General (AAG) should file written statement on next hearing. EC should not give final decision on April 30. 2024 notice regarding PTI intra party election.The court adjourned further hearing of petition on PTI intra party election and non allotment of electoral symbol bat till December 13.
