Lahore: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Lahore has reserved judgment on bail after arrest plea of Shahrez Khan son of Aleema Khan, sister of PTI founder .

Judge Manzar Ali of ATC Lahore took up bail after arrest plea filed by Shahrez Khan nephew of Imran Khan for hearing Wednesday in May 9 siege and arson case.

As per media reports the court reserved judgment after hearing the arguments of respondents.

Aleema Khan mother and Sohail Amir father of Shahrez also reached court room.

Rana Mudassar counsel for Shahrez argued taking the plea that Shahrez has been charged with inciting workers. Investigation of every kind has been conducted. Geo fencing of every one was conducted in this case.

He argued no such evidence is available against Shahrez. Every thing is clear in the challan. Mention of unknown accused as nominated accused is made therein. But no mention about Shahrez was made any where. No investigator has given any statement.

The counsel further argued police arrested Shahrez after 28 months. The mother of accused is sister of PTI founder who raises voice for release of her brother. This arrest was made to suppress her voice.

Rana Mudassar said Shahrez was present in Chitral. Affidavits of all the people are there that Shahrez was present in Chitral from May 6 to May 12. Shahrez is student of Oxford .

The court said complete the arguments soon. I have to go to jail. Or give the remaining arguments in jail.

Rana Mudassar said athlete was to go abroad for sports. No officer has summoned him so far. The bail pleas of 500 accused have been accepted in this case.

State counsel said verification could not be made. Pictures have been taken from face book of Shahrez so far. His picture is not available on his face book.

The court reserved judgment on bail plea of Shahrez following the completion of arguments.
