Murree: As part of the ongoing membership campaign by the women's wing of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan, large public gatherings were organized in various cities across the country. A significant number of women attended these events, expressed confidence in the party's policies, and filled out membership forms.In Peshawar, a grand public gathering was held at Qazi Hussain Ahmad Auditorium, where the Secretary General of the women's wing, Dr. Humaira Tariq, addressed the audience and highlighted public issues. She said that despite being rich in resources, the city suffers from deprivation, which clearly reflects the absence of capable governance at the national level.She further stated that Jamaat-e-Islami is the only platform that genuinely raises the voice of the people and offers practical solutions to their problems.Speaking on women's issues, she said that empowering women is essential to laying the foundation for positive societal change.In Depalpur (Okara), Deputy Secretary Dr. Samiha Raheel Qazi addressed a large gathering, where many women actively participated in the membership campaign. She stated that the growing participation of women in the drive is proof that the nation trusts the honest leadership of Jamaat-e-Islami.She added that this membership campaign is, in fact, a movement that will pave the way for positive change in the country.In Murree, Deputy Secretary General Samina Saeed addressed a large public gathering and explained the aims and objectives of the membership drive.
